The interesting layout of the hotel added to the charm, with the lobby being on the highest floor. The location was perfect, close to malls but still away from the hustle and bustle. The room service food was delicious, and the overall design of the hotel was zen-like and modern.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt in Seoul. The hotel's modern contemporary design and high-end fittings impressed me from the moment I entered. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. In particular, Concierge Mike Lau went above and beyond to assist with making restaurant reservations and arranging transportation. The location of the hotel was perfect, with convenience shops, eateries, and supermarkets nearby. The views from my high-floor room were simply breathtaking. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the need to take different elevators and the hard bed, the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Seoul. I was impressed and would definitely choose to stay here again.
